Generational Equity Advises Bard Flowers in its Sale to Private Investor

of its client Bard Flowers, Inc. to a Private Investor. The transaction closed August 15, 2022. 

Located in Eagan, Minnesota, Bard Flowers, Inc. (BFI) makes and distributes floral products to convenience as well as drug stores in much of Minnesota and Northwestern Wisconsin.
The Company delivers fresh high-quality flowers, including single roses; three, six, and twelve rose bouquets; four sizes of mixed bouquets; plush single roses; and preserved, and artificial roses. 

BFI’s products are conveniently found and enjoyed for many occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, and holidays, as well as “thank you”, “get well”, sympathy, and other purposes. BFI is well known in its region
and has an excellent reputation for convenience and customer satisfaction on high quality flowers and complementary products.

Generational Equity Executive Managing Director of M&A – Central Region, Michael Goss, Senior M&A Advisor, Steve Dinehart, with the support of Vice President, M&A, Lance Thomasson successfully closed the deal.  Senior Managing Director, Joe Van Voorhis established the original relationship with BFI.
