Generational Equity Announces Hiring of New Associate General Counsel

Generational Equity is pleased to announce that Samantha Cooper O’Kane is joining our company as Associate General Counsel.
Prior to joining Generational Equity, Ms. O’Kane spent seven years with Brown Fox PLLC, where she participated in corporate legal transactions involving startup entities, capital raising strategies, private placements, and the negotiation and documentation of mergers and acquisitions.
Heath Flock, Chief Operating Officer with Generational Equity stated, “We are very pleased to add Samantha to our team. We do business closings in all 50 States and Canada, and she will play an integral role with our deal teams providing advisory work in our contracts and transactions.

Ms. O’Kane has a BA from Southern Methodist University where she was a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha National Political Science Honor Society as well as the Omicron Delta Epsilon International Economics Honor Society.
She also has a JD degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law where she was the Associate Editor of the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution. She also received the CALI Excellence Award for both Legal Writing and Analysis, as well as for Fiduciary Responsibility.
Ms. O’Kane is a member of both the State Bar of Texas and the State Bar of Illinois.
