We are pleased to share the sale of the List Management and Brokerage Business of our client, KVK Worldwide LLC (dba TriMax Direct), to The Alesco Group, LLC. The transaction closed June 1, 2022.

Senior Managing Director Thomas Hamm established the initial relationship with TriMax.
