Priority One Security acquired Generational Equity client Fleetwood Security & Electronic Services Inc. on May 31, 2018.

Fleetwood Security is based in Cartersville, GA. It has been operated by Billy Fleetwood and the Fleetwood family members. It has been in operation since 1999, and for more than 20 years Fleetwood Security has provided residential and commercial integrated security solutions to the Atlanta metropolitan areas. 

Fleetwood's large customer base includes residential, commercial, and industrial – from single homes to Fortune 500 clients.

Headquartered in Greenville, S.C., this is the second acquisition for Priority One Security in the past two years and the fifth major acquisition in its 22-year history. With the acquisition, Priority One Security obtains a group of talented people and an established company in the Atlanta market.

Generational Equity Senior Managing Director Julie Sandoval’s team successfully closed the deal. Senior Managing Director Thomas Hamm established the initial relationship with Fleetwood.
