Mountain Regional Equipment Solutions Merges With MRES Imports & PIRTEK Salt Lake City

We are pleased to announce the merger of our client, Mountain Regional Equipment Solutions, Inc., MRES Imports LLC, and PIRTEK Salt Lake City, Inc., into MRES Holdings, Inc. The merger closed August 5, 2021.

While each company will continue to operate under its individual brand identity, they will combine their sales/marketing and operating efforts to better support customers in the vocational and industrial markets.

MRES believes that the combined services and products that they offer will directly benefit their customers, from reducing equipment downtime, to reducing equipment life cycle costs, to the managing of personnel and environmental safety.

Mountain Regional Equipment Solutions Inc. provides sales, installations, and service for Automated Lubrication Systems, Active and Passive Safety Systems, and Maintenance Products used in all applications and industries for Mobile Heavy Equipment, On Road Vocational and Transport Equipment, Cranes, Rail, and Industrial Plant and Stationary Equipment.

The company has locations in West Valley City Utah, Tempe Arizona, Aurora Colorado, and Reno Nevada, with onsite and field service capabilities.

MRES Imports LLC is the exclusive Importer for Claitec, which manufactures high-level safety products for detecting personnel, controlling speeds and access, docking systems, and communication systems for industrial forklifts, ariels, and other industrial equipment.

MRES Imports LLC uses qualified distributors and contractors throughout the U.S. to sell, install, and service these products.

PIRTEK Salt Lake City, Inc. provides 24/7 mobile and over-the-counter sales and service of Hydraulic Hose and Couplings, Industrial Hose and Couplings, and Onsite Vendor Managed Inventories in all types of industries. PIRTEK operates three locations in Salt Lake City Utah, Clearfield Utah, and Lehi Utah.

Senior Managing Director James Carr established the initial relationship with MRES.
