The transaction closed on March 1, 2012.

Paw Marketing, Inc., is a leading provider of full service advertising specialties offering promotional items and creative marketing in the US, Canada, and internationally. PAW Marketing, Inc. is a full-service marketing and promotions company specializing in unique and creative corporate gifts, premiums, catalogs, and incentive programs. Managing Director, Terry Mackin, and Vice President, Kyle Coe, led the Generational Equity deal team that advised Paw Marketing, Inc., on the transaction.
