Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately-held, middle-market businesses, is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client, Peaks & Plains Inc., headquartered in Spokane, Washington, by Mi-Med Supply, headquartered in Vista, California. The acquisition closed on April 30, 2015.

Peaks & Plains is the only dual accredited DME dealer in its region, selling medical, incontinent, nutritional, patient care, and housekeeping equipment to long-term care facilities and the general public. Also offering personal care products, diabetic supplies, compression hosiery, ostomy, urology, and wound car products, Peaks & Plains is a leading provider of specialty items in the Pacific Northwest. Managing Director Stephen Crisham and his team consisting of affiliate Andres Ochoa and Vice President Lori Galloway, led the Generational Equity deal team that advised Peaks & Plains on the transaction.
