The acquisition represents a significant milestone for Louisville Tile. The addition of AOM’s operations and resources will significantly enhance Louisville Tile’s distribution network, strengthening its position in the Midwest region of the United States. It provides access to an extensive selection of American Olean products and expands the Louisville Tile Footprint to nine contiguous states.
