Generational Group Advises DTX Media in its Sale to DevRight

Generational Group, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisory firm for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client DTX Media, LLC to DevRight, LLC. The acquisition closed on May 17, 2024.

DTX Media (DTX), headquartered in Dallas, Texas, is a corporate video production company. In operation for over 15 years, the Company has developed a broad set of capabilities and has completed work on a variety of projects for both large Fortune 500 companies and small privately held businesses.  The Company’s long-term success is attributed to DTX’s commitment to quality, state-of-the-art technology, and stellar industry reputation.

Located in Dallas, Texas, DevRight provides support, education, and other developmental services to professionals in a variety of industries. DevRight produces and manages professional speakers, develops compelling graphics for international podium presenters well as directing and producing educational seminars all over the U.S.

The Company’s Speaker Development Series, also known as the “The road map to Owning It”, is a series of professional development courses designed to train professionals to re-imagine the way education and messages are delivered. DevRight provides the tools to let the participant discover, develop, and enhance their own individual style of presenting allowing them to connect with their audience at a more meaningful level.

DevRight is also an ADA CERP certified continuing education provider. They pride themselves on creating learning environments that are outside the realm of conventional education for large corporate events down to local study clubs. The Company also provides brand creation and support. Services include: Brand development, web site design, app development, healthcare business management as well as transition plans.

Generational Group Executive Managing Director of M&A – Central Region, Michael Goss, and his team, led by Senior Managing Director, M&A, Cory Strickland, with the support of Managing Director, M&A, Ryan Johnson closed the deal.  Executive Managing Director and Group Leader,  Randy Kamin, established the initial relationship with DTX.
