We are pleased to share the sale of our client, SBR Technologies dba Vision Graphics, to Banner Capital Management, LLC. The transaction closed July 8, 2024.

Banner has partnered with SBR Technologies Inc. (Vision Graphics, LLC) to provide growth capital and recapitalize the company. This investment will support Vision Graphics’ expansion beyond Utah and Nevada into additional markets across the Western United States.
