KNK Holdings Group, Inc., based in Troutman, North Carolina, is an acquisition entity formed by two experienced entrepreneurs to purchase Pro-San Maintenance Supply, Inc. and other North Carolina based distribution businesses.

Generational Group Executive Managing Director of M&A – Eastern Region, David Fergusson, and his team, led by Generational Affiliate, Gene Gall, with the support of Vice President, M&A, Emil Nirkis, closed the deal. Executive Managing Director, Bill Kushnir, and Senior M&A Advisor, Peter Stone, established the initial relationship with Pro-San Maintenance Supply, Inc.
