We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, Delta Leasing, Inc., to a Private Investor. The acquisition closed August 12, 2024.

Headquartered in Chandler, Arizona, and founded in 1990, Delta Leasing operates a premier helicopter flight training school. The company is a full-service, factory-authorized dealer for Robinson Helicopters and also provides comprehensive helicopter maintenance services. To support its operations, Delta Leasing holds Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 141 approval for all helicopter courses and Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS), enabling training for both domestic and international customers.

Generational Group Executive Managing Director, M&A – Lori Galloway and her team, led by Managing Director, M&A, Mike Meredith with the support of Senior Vice President, M&A, Amy Wall successfully closed the deal. Senior Managing Director, Doug Morrow and Senior M&A Advisor, Peter Stone established the initial relationship with Delta Leasing.
