Solar-Tite, Inc. Acquired by a Private Investment Group
We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, Solar-Tite, Inc, to a Private Investment Group. The acquisition closed May 2024.

Executive Managing Director, Ed Weber and Senior M&A Advisor, Dave Heymann established the initial relationship with Solar-Tite, Inc.
