Mrs. Maria Sutej is a seasoned executive and distinguished business leader. Her corporate career with a Fortune 200 company spans 30 years where she led a $1.5 billion division of an $11 billion global company. In addition, Maria’s experience as an entrepreneur gives her a unique perspective and background to share her knowledge with other business owners.

Her understanding of the M&A process along with her insight into sales and marketing has proven to be a valuable asset to business owners who are considering the transition of their company. As an entrepreneur and founder/business owner, Maria understands well the challenges encountered in running a business and the obstacles that can prevent an owner from receiving the most value from the sale of their company.

Maria is passionate about helping business owners understand how to proactively plan and execute the M&A process successfully. Her goal is to help ensure business owners receive optimal value at their time of exit and leave the legacy they so richly deserve.

Maria received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Appalachian State University and completed the Columbia Executive Leadership Course at Columbia University. She resides with her husband in Atlanta, GA.
