Mr. Milt Flinn is a Generational Equity Senior M&A Advisor working with private business owners throughout the United States in developing and implementing strategies to achieve their near and long-term goals.

In this role, Mr. Flinn works closely with business owners to develop a plan to identify prospective buyers and investors with the input of clients through the entire process. This includes developing marketing materials, reaching out to and qualifying potential buyers, and leading the negotiation and contract process through due diligence and closing.

Over his career, Mr. Flinn has started, managed, grown, and sold over a dozen businesses in a wide variety of sectors. Milt has been the President and COO of two multimillion-dollar companies, a former CFO, and is currently a Commercial Real Estate Broker in Texas and Florida. Mr. Flinn has sold over a billion dollars in real estate and companies for his clients in the last 20 years.

A graduate of the University of Michigan, Mr. Flinn was a Vice President of Human Resources and Labor Relations for the first 10 years of his career. Married for over 40 years, Milt and his wife Delynn have two sons and two young grandchildren.
