Mr. Stephens comprehensive background includes over 30 years as an investor, entrepreneur, corporate executive, and Mergers & Acquisitions deal maker.

Prior to joining Generational Group, Mr. Stephens founded, built, and successfully exited three of his own companies and raised capital in a range of business segments including manufacturing, distribution, telecommunications, and financial services. His experience provides for a deep understanding of key aspects of the Mergers and Acquisitions process from both buyer and seller perspectives.
