As a Senior Vice President at Generational Equity, Mr. Zhao plays a crucial role in assisting private middle-market business owners with the development and implementation of exit strategies. His duties involve creating marketing materials and overseeing the marketing and due diligence procedures to facilitate successful deal closures. With over five years of experience, he brings extensive expertise in corporate valuation tools, financial modeling and analysis, industry and economic research, risk assessment, probability analytics, and M&A transaction proficiency to his position.

Previously, Mr. Zhao served as a Financial Advisor for Merrill Lynch, emphasizing retirement planning. He conducted market research, financial analysis, and financial modeling during his time there.

He earned his MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management at Phoenix, Arizona, and his BS in Supply Chain Management with a concentration in Finance from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona.
