Mr. Comroe serves as a Managing Director at Generational Equity. In that capacity, he works directly with private middle market business owners in developing and executing exit strategies. For this role, he brings over 15 years of experience and knowledge of corporate valuation instruments, financial modeling and analysis, industry and economic research, risk and probability analytics, and M&A transaction expertise.

Previously, Mr. Comroe served as an Analyst for a national business valuation firm with an emphasis on estate and tax planning. Prior to that position, he was the Interim CFO of a start-up consumer technology company in Dallas, Texas. Previously, Mr. Comroe served on the Valuation Team at Generational Equity where he consulted and valued over 300 private middle market companies.

Comroe was a Winner of The M&A Advisor Emerging Leader Award in 2022, and was named “Rising Star in Dealmaking” by the Global M&A Network Americas Atlas Awards in 2023.

He earned his MBA from Jacksonville University in Jacksonville, Florida, and his BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts.
