Jack serves as Managing Director, Mergers & Acquisitions in the Southeastern region at Generational Group and works directly with privately held middle-market business owners in developing and executing exit strategies.

Jack’s focus is connecting sellers with the right buyers, at the right price. Throughout his career as an M&A consultant he has helped nearly 70 business owners successfully exit their companies and move on to their next phase of life.

Jack started this profession when he owned and operated a boutique brokerage firm that specialized in the marketing and sale of main street and lower middle market businesses. During this time Jack earned multiple awards including the 100 Winners Circle Award and the Presidents Club Award for 3 consecutive years. He joined the Generational Team in 2019.

Prior to his career in Investment Banking, Jack and his family worked in the international non-profit world where Jack served various roles, from mission pilot in South America, to Chief Financial Officer in the US.  Since returning from South America, Jack has enjoyed ‘giving back’ as he continues to serve on various non-profit boards, such as Parkwater Aviation (Foundation), and the International Association of Missionary Aviation (IAMA).

Jack holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Engineering from ITT Technical Institute. He is a licensed commercial pilot and speaks fluent Spanish.
