Jacob Mangalath currently serves as a Vice President in the Central US region. He has directly contributed as lead and supporting dealmaker accumulating aggregate transaction value in excess of $270M for Generational Group clients.

Jacob works with clients in managing the marketing of their business, facilitating the due diligence process, and negotiating successful transactions that maximize the value of their business and meets their goals. Jacob has over ten years of M&A advisory and deal negotiation, corporate valuation of private and public companies, and market research experience. Prior to serving in his current position, he was a Valuation Manager at Generational Group, leading a team of valuation associates and analysts to educate clients on the value of their business and advise on value enhancement, risk mitigation, and exit timing strategies.

Jacob holds a Master’s degrees in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Finance, and holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Finance, from the University of Texas at Dallas.
