For three decades, Lori Galloway has been involved in all facets of mergers and acquisitions for the middle market, helping business owners sell their companies and prepare for their eventual succession. She has participated in over 200 completed transactions in her capacity as executive managing director, lead and supporting dealmaker, and valuation analyst in her tenure with two nationally recognized merger and acquisition firms. She is also married to a business owner and has firsthand knowledge of the successes and challenges that accompany running a small business, meeting payroll, weathering recessions, and planning for an exit strategy.

Ms. Galloway has led the sale of all types of manufacturing, distribution, and service businesses. A sampling of recent industry experience includes emergency restoration, commercial landscape construction, control systems, plumbing maintenance, revenue cycle management, and durable medical equipment. Ms. Galloway co-leads Generational Group’s Business and Financial Services Industry team. Her team also heads the Testing Industry specialization and works with the industry’s leading buyers of analytical testing and laboratory services. In 2024, she received the prestigious Women in Leadership Atlas Award from Global M&A Network, recognizing her successful career in the M&A industry.

Ms. Galloway earned her degree in Business Administration and Economics from Point Loma College in San Diego, California.
