Mr. Buckley is a Vice President serving the US Central region and is based in Generational Group’s office in Kansas City, Missouri. Madison works with clients in managing the marketing of their business, facilitating the due diligence process, and negotiating successful transactions that maximize value and meet the goals of the client.

Prior to Generational Group, Madison was the office manager for a business brokerage firm for more than a decade, supporting twenty business intermediaries and assisting business owners with successful exit strategies.  He also has experience as a sales and use tax auditor for the Missouri Department of Revenue.

Madison graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Henry W. Bloch School of Management at the University of Missouri – Kansas City.
