Mr. Dean works directly with business owners starting the exit strategy of selling their businesses. He is responsible for the review, analysis , and selection of companies ready to enter the M&A exit planning process.

His understanding of the mergers & acquisitions marketplace, combined with his experience in working with diverse businesses in a wide range of industries, provides Mr. Dean with a unique perspective. He has the insight and expertise to assist entrepreneurs in determining the best growth and exit strategies for their business.

Prior to Generational, during his tenure with Morgan Stanley, he advised clients, institutional and high net worth families on complex financial decisions which included private placements, IPO’s and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Mr. Dean understands the challenges that business owners face in operation and growing their companies as well as the issues involved in designing a successful exit strategy.

Mr. Dean served three years in the armed forces and earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Economics from North Dakota State University.
