We work with a nationwide client base and specialize in working with business owners going through an exit.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Client Development Coordinator to assist our wealth management division. You will be a key member of the team responsible for project management, prospect support, and pipeline and data management. This role will also have administrative duties and will support the Managing Director of Client Development.

As Client Development Coordinator, you will be a part of our business development team in all stages of client acquisition campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand, and maintain our business development efforts.

This position will provide experience in business development and marketing and the candidate should be prepared to enter a fast-paced work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Customer support: Assisting customers through the sales process, answering questions, and helping resolve concerns.
  • Administrative duties: Handling tasks including scheduling or rescheduling meetings and answering phone calls.
  • Sales data: Maintaining sales databases, performing data entry, and reporting unusual activity. Collect quantitative and qualitative data from current business development efforts.
  • Sales Collateral and Presentations: Help distribute business development materials and prepare promotional presentations.
  • Sales process: Processing sales, creating sales contracts, and updating customer records.
  • Order management: Tracking financial planning orders and processing invoices.
  • Lead generation: Identifying potential customers and compiling lists of leads.
  • Relationship building: Helping the sales department build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Troubleshooting: Facilitating troubleshooting and providing real-time assistance.
  • Follow-up: Following up with prospects to determine next steps.
  • Teamwork: Working with the business development team and supervisors to continue to improve business development efficiencies and performance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong customer support skills
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
  • Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially proficient in Microsoft Excel

Education and Experience Required

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university, or associates degree with equivalent/relevant industry experience
