Generational Capital Markets Advises AMS Environmental in Sale to Pine Lake Partners

Generational Capital Markets, Inc., Member FINRA/SIPC and a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, AMS Environmental Inc., to Pine Lake Partners LLC. The acquisition closed July 31, 2018.
AMS Environmental, based in the Chicago area, is a commercial and industrial waste management solutions provider with a concentration in recycling, disposal, resale and industrial services. The company focuses on determining the most environmentally sound solutions for managing process waste, and arranges every aspect of waste disposal for small and large customers. AMS serves a wide variety of industries, including chemical manufacturing, coatings and applications, metal manufacturing, packaging, printing and ink manufacturing, and others.
Pine Lake Partners is run by an executive with an extensive background in the waste management industry.
Generational Capital Markets Managing Director Phil Pizzurro, with support from VP Mark Galovic, successfully closed the deal.
