Generational Capital Markets Advises Lakeland Plastics in Sale to a Private Investor

Lakeland Plastics, headquartered in Mundelein, IL, is composed of a team of industry veterans and experts in custom plastic extrusions that have been making these products since 1962. The Company is recognized as one of the leading custom plastic extrusion companies in the country. Lakeland has an extrusion solution for every application. Its extensive range of plastic extrusions and services include: Plastic extrusion design, plastic extrusion tooling, 3-D printing, plastic profile extrusion, crosshead extrusion coating, rod and tube extrusion, co-extrusion & tri-extrusion, and plastic extrusion fabrication.

Derby Fence, also located in Mundelein, IL, is the nation’s leading provider of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) fencing products for animal containment, equine and livestock. The Company’s fences are strong, durable, aesthetically beautiful, easy to clean, stain-resistant and virtually maintenance free for years.

The buyer is an individual investor located in Chicago, IL. Details of the transaction were not released.
