Generational Equity Advises Automated Integration in Sale to Jonas Software

Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, NCG, Inc. (dba Automated Integration), to Jonas Software, a subsidiary of Constellation Software, Inc. The acquisition closed November 8, 2019 and details were not disclosed.

Located in Dallas, Texas, Automated Integration is the leading provider of enterprise resource planning systems for the field service industry. Founded in 1993, Automated Integration has been dedicated to helping field service businesses drive their bottom line. Automated Integration now serves hundreds of customers in every type of service industry across the United States and Canada, including several national customers with multiple branch offices.

Jonas Software, located in Markham, Canada, operates over 90 independently managed software brands around the world, providing them with the strategic guidance and financial security required to be leaders in their respective markets. From its roots formed in the construction and club management markets, Jonas Software’s reach has grown extensively within the fitness, membership, hospitality and industrial verticals. Today, Jonas Software is proud to supply industry-leading enterprise management software and related services to more than 80,000 customers in over 20 vertical markets.

Generational Equity Executive Managing Director of M&A – Central Region, Michael Goss, and his team, led by Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions Jon LePage, successfully closed the deal. Executive Managing Director Randy Kamin established the initial relationship with Automated Integration.
