Generational Equity Advises Crystal Farms Mills in Sale to Wincorp International

Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, Crystal Farms Mills Inc., to Wincorp International. The acquisition closed August 30, 2018.

Based in Oakwood, Georgia, Crystal Farms Mills manufactures and markets quality poultry, swine and dairy feeds, selling to agricultural establishments in the southeastern U.S.

Wincorp International, part of the Jamaica Broilers group of companies, strives to assist farmers throughout the world in providing premium quality materials and products for farmers to increase their productivity while guaranteeing safer and more wholesome food for the consumer and future generations. Its main service offerings include agricultural equipment and supplies, fertile hatching eggs, and shipping and warehousing. The company is headquartered in Medley, Florida, and serves customers throughout the Caribbean, Central America and South America.

Generational Equity Senior Managing Director Julie Sandoval’s team, led by Managing Director William Hunter, successfully closed the deal. Senior Managing Director James Carr established the initial relationship with Crystal Farms Mills.
