Generational Equity Executive Managing Director of M&A – Central Region, Michael Goss, and his team, led by Senior M&A Advisor, Milt Flinn, with the support of Senior Managing Director, M&A, Cory Strickland, and Vice President, M&A, Vanessa Christian, successfully closed the deal.
“The sellers did an amazing job restoring this historical building, it is the original department-style store in downtown Plano built in 1906,” said Flinn.
Flinn added, “The buyer plans to continue to operate it as an event center assuring this historic building will continue to be preserved as a part of Plano’s history and enjoyed by the public going forward.”
