Generational Equity Advises Giddings Hawkins Maintenance Service in Sale to a Private Investor

Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, Giddings Hawkins Maintenance Service, Inc. to a private investor. The acquisition closed July 1, 2019 and details were not disclosed.

Giddings Hawkins Maintenance Service, Inc. located in Mukwonago, Wisconsin, is a full service industrial and commercial maintenance and cleaning services company.   They have been in business since 1987 and serve the Southeastern Wisconsin region.  The Company services a wide variety of businesses and provides an even wider array of services.

Generational Equity Executive Managing Director of M&A – Central Region, Michael Goss and his team, led by Senior M&A Advisor Steve Dinehart, supported by Managing Director Ryan Johnson, successfully closed the transaction. Senior Managing Director David Robinson established the initial relationship with Giddings Hawkins.
