Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce a majority investment by Newlook Capital in one of its clients, Integrated Fire & Security Solutions. The transaction closed June 1, 2019 and details were not disclosed.

Integrated Fire & Security Solutions, located in Fort Myers, Florida, provides fire alarm, CCTV and access control systems throughout the state. Their services range from everyday office use to securing airports and seaports. They are able to provide the best Life Safety systems for a client’s needs at a fair market value. These systems can include fire detection devices, card readers, magnetic stripe cards, pin pads, biometric readers (fingerprint), door strikes, magnetic locks, vehicle or man gates, time clocks, security alarms, wireless interface, video badging stations, and surveillance systems.

Generational Equity Executive Managing Director Mergers & Acquisitions, David Fergusson and his team, led by Senior M&A Advisor Mario Dieckmann, with support from Vice President Mergers & Acquisitions Alex Mironov, successfully closed the deal. Executive Managing Director Edward Weber established the initial relationship with Integrated Fire & Security Solutions.
