Generational Equity Advises Sierra Air Conditioning, Inc. and Sierra, LLC in its Sale to S|E|Capital Partners

Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, Sierra Air Conditioning, Inc. and Sierra, LLC, to S|E|Capital Partners. The acquisition closed January 2, 2020 and details were not disclosed.

Sierra Air Conditioning installs heating, ventilation, and air conditioning to new homes built by national and local homebuilders. Sierra, LLC provides HVAC repair, replacement, maintenance, and installation to residential clients. Both companies serve clients in Las Vegas and the surrounding areas. The Company’s relationships with the nation’s largest homebuilders date back decades. As the dominant provider in its geographic market, its new construction work provides the Company with an ever-increasing pool of long-term residential maintenance and service clients.
