Generational Equity Announces Sale of MetalSpand, Inc. to Niles MetalSpand, LLC

Generational Equity, a leading advisor to privately held and family-owned businesses for mergers, acquisitions, strategic growth initiatives, business valuation and exit planning announced the acquisition of its client, MetalSpand, Inc. (MetalSpand), headquartered in Waurika, OK, by Niles MetalSpand, LLC (Niles), a Niles International company. The transaction closed on December 5, 2014.   

MetalSpand is a locally-owned and operated expanded metal manufacturer that serves customers across the South-Central U.S. The Company’s products include standard, flattened, and grating carbon steel sheets for warehouse consignment operators and industrial manufacturers.

With operations spanning over 40 years, MetalSpand’s greatest attributes are its long-term customer relationships, market location, highly-skilled employees, and quality commitment to customers. 

Managing Director, Michael Goss, and Senior M&A Advisor, Fred Phillips, led the Generational Equity deal team that advised MetalSpand on the transaction.
