Generational Equity Announces Sale of Plastic & Products Marketing to an Individual Investor

Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, Plastic & Products Marketing of Ocala, Florida, to an individual investor. The acquisition closed January 31, 2017. Details were not disclosed.
Plastic & Products Marketing manufactures and designs custom displays, organizers, dispensers and other products for merchandising in convenience stores and coffee shops.
Founded in 1986 and owned by CEO Lynne Boykin, Plastic & Products supplies convenience store chains nationwide.
The new owner was looking to invest in a Florida business and appreciated the company's U.S.-based manufacturing operation and growing client base. Ms. Boykin will continue her involvement with the company as an adviser and owner of the factory building.
Generational Equity Managing Director Julie Sandoval and her team, headed by trusted affiliate Richard Estrin, and Vice President Mark Breheny, led the deal to a successful close.
