Generational Equity Announces the Acquisition of Arrowhead Armored LLC by Sectran Security Inc.

Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately-held, middle-market businesses, is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client, Arrowhead Armored LLC, headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, by Sectran Security Inc., (Sectran) headquartered in Pico Rivera, California. The acquisition closed on November 18, 2014.

Arrowhead Armored LLC (Arrowhead) is an armored transport and ATM servicing company. The services that Arrowhead provides include cash loading and balancing, deposit retrieval, and ATM maintenance. Security services consist of after-hours and special event services, as well as armed response to alarms.

Managing Director Stephen Crisham and his team, including affiliate Cole Preston and Vice President Lori Galloway, led the Generational Equity deal team that advised Arrowhead on the transaction.
