Generational Equity Announces the Acquisition of DB Ricks Inc. by Uni-Select USA, Inc.

Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately-held, middle-market businesses, is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client, DB Ricks Inc., located in Rochester, New York, by Uni-Select USA, Inc. The acquisition closed on January 12, 2015.
DB Ricks Inc. is a wholesaler of automotive parts and paint products operating out of the North East. The Company caters primarily to professional repair centers, providing filters, brake pads, rotors, ignitions, radiators, and many remanufactured products.
Managing Director Douglas Smith and his team, including affiliate George Nova and Vice President Ryan Johnson, led the Generational Equity deal team that advised DB Ricks Inc. on the transaction.
