Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately-held, middle-market businesses, is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client, FinishLine Technologies, headquartered in Columbus, Indiana, by Spray Equipment & Service Center, Inc., headquartered in Wichita, Kansas. The acquisition closed on March 31, 2016.
FinishLine Technologies (FinishLine) designs, building, installs, and services spray paint systems used within the industrial and automotive OEM paint and coating market.
