Generational Equity Announces the Acquisition of Melecca Tech Inc. (dba Pure Fill Solutions) by Restaurant Technologies, Inc.

Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately-held, middle-market businesses, is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client, Pure Fill Solutions (Pure Fill), headquartered in Saint Paul, Minnesota, by Restaurant Technologies, Inc., headquartered in Mendota Heights, Minnesota. The acquisition closed on December 4, 2015.
Pure Fill has served the Twin Cities metro area for 17 years by providing innovative cooking oil management solutions and high-quality service to over 300 customer locations.
Over the past eight years, the company has continued to expand its service area while entering new customer markets such as grocery stores and bakeries.
Managing Director Michael Goss and Vice President Bryan Gooden and affiliate partner Wally Kocemba of Calhoun Companies led the Generational Equity deal team that advised Pure Fill on the transaction.
