Generational Equity Announces the Acquisition of Milestone Management Consultants LLC by a Private Investor

Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately-held, middle-market businesses, is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client, Milestone Management Consultants LLC dba Davis & Dean (Milestone), headquartered in Layton, Utah, by a Private Investor. The acquisition closed on September 28, 2015.

Managing Director Stephen Crisham and his team consisting of Affiliates Kerry Sharp and Brad Marlor, along with Vice President Mike Meredith led the Generational Equity deal team that advised Milestone on the transaction.
