Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately-held, middle-market businesses, is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client, North Shore Business Technology, Inc. (NSBT), headquartered in Kenosha, Wisconsin, by Impact Networking, LLC(Impact), headquartered in Waukegan, Illinois. The acquisition closed on January 23, 2015.  

NSBT is a business-to-business distributor and service provider of office equipment in Northern Illinois and Southeast Wisconsin.

NSBT sells and services business equipment, and provides multi-year service and maintenance contracts with end-users in private enterprises, private and public school districts, and government agencies.

Managing Director Douglas Smith and his Vice President, Ryan Johnson, led the Generational Equity deal team that advised NSBT on the transaction.
