Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately-held, middle-market businesses, is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client, Southwest Ground-water Consultants, Inc. (SGC), headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, by Matrix New World Engineering (Matrix), headquartered in Florham Park, New Jersey. The acquisition closed on October 8, 2015.

Established in 1993, SGC is an Arizona-based hydrogeological and environmental consulting firm meeting the needs of industry and the public sector for quality hydro-geologic services. 

SGC specializes in groundwater, addressing regulatory requirements while implementing sound, cost-effective data collection and analysis programs tailored to its clients’ needs.

Managing Director Stephen Crisham, along with Jerry Glover and Lori Galloway, led the Generational Equity deal team that advised SGC on the transaction.
