Generational Equity Announces the Acquisition of Virginia Industrial Plastics, Inc. by Ale Holdings

Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately-held, middle-market businesses, is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client, Virginia Industrial Plastics (Virginia Industrial), headquartered in Elkton, Virginia, by Ale Holdings, Inc. The acquisition closed on December 1, 2015.
