Generational Equity Announces the Sale of Enterprise 24×7 to E&E Technical Consultants

Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held, middle-market businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, Enterprise 24×7, Inc., of Tallahassee, FL, to E&E Technical Consultants, LLC, of Mechanicsburg, PA. The acquisition closed February 10, 2016. Details were not disclosed.

Enterprise 24×7 provides high quality, reliable technical assistance and IT consulting services to government agencies and private companies. Its services include database development and administration, system and network administration, and software development.

The buyer, E&E Technical Consultants, offers all levels of skilled IT professionals to clients in central Pennsylvania. The company has been recognized for six consecutive years as one of the Top 50 Fastest Growing Companies in its region.

E&E is a certified Woman Business Enterprise (WBE) for Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, and the City of Philadelphia, and is a GSA IT Services Schedule Provider.
