Generational Equity Announces the Sale of S&S Fire Suppression Systems, Inc. to Davis-Ulmer Fire Sprinkler Company, Inc.

Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately-held, middle-market businesses, is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client S&S Fire Suppression Systems, Inc. (S&S or the Company), headquartered in Tappan, NY, by Davis-Ulmer Fire Sprinkler Company, Inc., headquartered in Buffalo, NY. The acquisition closed on October 1, 2014.
Founded in 1961 by Domenick and Sam Serrano, S&S designs and installs fire suppression systems and provides inspection, testing, and maintenance services for fire suppression systems. S&S has served the New York State, New Jersey, eastern Pennsylvania, and western Connecticut regions for over 50 years.
