Generational Group, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client Kitchens By Ambiance to Private Investors. The acquisition closed on December 1, 2023.
Founded in 1989, and located in Bonita Springs, Florida, Kitchens By Ambiance (KBA), is a kitchen and bath remodeling company and showroom. The Company’s designers each have more than 25 years of experience and are experts in design and functionality. KBA provides design and installation services, and sells flooring, countertop, cabinetry, knobs, doors, sinks, faucets, vanities, and backsplash products.
Generational Equity Executive Managing Director, M&A-Technology Practice Leader, David Fergusson, Nick Arnheim, a Generational Group Authorized Affiliate, with the support of Vice President M&A, Emil Nirkis, successfully closed the transaction. Executive Managing Director – North America Edward G. Weber established the initial relationship with KBA.
