Generational Group Advises M Wave Design in its Sale to Quantic Electronic

Generational Group, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisory firm for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client M Wave Design Corporation to Quantic Electronics (a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management LP). The acquisition closed May 9, 2024.

Founded in 1988, and located in Simi Valley, California, M Wave Design Corporation (M Wave) designs and manufactures passive waveguide and coaxial components, including isolators, circulators, adapters and terminations. The Company has a long history of supporting leading-edge development in high power and low loss passive designs. M Wave’s product portfolio is uniquely positioned to supply components that perform at cryogenic temperatures used in quantum computing and defense applications.

Quantic Electronics (Quantic), headquartered in Providence, Rhode Island, with multiple locations throughout the world, is an electronic component company focused on defining and delivering the future of mission-critical electronics. Senior Managing Director, Ashok Tandon established the initial relationship with M Wave.
