Northgate Country Club Management (dba Northgate Country Club – NCC), located in Houston, Texas, is comprised of two country club entities consisting of two private golf courses and clubhouses, eight tennis courts, and three swimming pools. The Company aggressively strives to provide a first-class private club experience for all members and guests. NCC’s courses have hosted a variety of significant events over the years, including PGA tournaments.

Concert Golf Partners (Concert Golf), headquartered in Lake Mary, Florida, is a boutique owner-operator of upscale private golf and country clubs nationwide. Formed in 2011, Concert Golf owns and operates 32 private clubs across the United States and is unique for its track record of preserving the identity and traditions of its historic clubs while re-investing significant capital into the property and amenities year after year.

Generational Group Executive Managing Director of M&A – Central Region, Michael Goss, and his team, led by Senior Managing Director, Cory Strickland, with the support of Vice President, M&A, Vanessa Christian, closed the deal. Senior Managing Director David Robinson established the initial relationship with NCC.
