Generational Group, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisory firm for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client’s four Virginia menswear stores and the prior sale of its North Carolina store, Pesco Clothing, inc. dba Philip Michael Fashion for Men to a Private Investor. The acquisition closed December 31, 2024.
