Generational Group, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, Phoenix Group of Virginia, Inc., to Phoenix Group of Virginia Holdings, Inc. The acquisition closed July 13, 2023.

Located in Chesapeake, Virginia, Phoenix Group of Virginia, Inc. (Phoenix Group) is a Professional and Engineering services firm that provides a variety of program management, installation support, operational experimentation support services, and first responder products to governmental and commercial organizations.

The Company has successfully completed contracts with the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Transportation, National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), and defense-related contracts with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), both as a prime and sub-contractor. The Company is a diversified Service- Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), pending SBA recertification at this time.
