Generational Group Named Investment Banking Firm of the Year For Third Straight Year

Generational Group, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, was honored with two awards at The M&A Advisor's 17th annual M&A Awards on November 6, 2018. Included in the tally was the prestigious Investment Banking Firm of the Year Award, marking the third year in a row the company has earned the recognition.

The M&A Advisor also honored Generational with Corporate/Strategic Deal of the Year ($10mm-$25mm) for the acquisition of client Ammex Plastics by Echo Engineering and Production Supplies. Managing Director Phil Pizzurro and VP Mark Galovic successfully closed the deal for Generational.

The M&A Advisor Awards is the benchmark for dealmaking excellence. It recognizes the leading transactions, restructurings, deal financings, products/services, firms, and professionals. This year more than 230 nominees representing 600+ companies became finalists for the awards. An independent judging committee of 29 top M&A industry experts determined the ultimate recipients.
